The heart of Loblolly is the Great Room: a spacious living room with breathtaking views of the ocean, an attractive dining area, and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes all amenities and appliances. Make use of the satellite television, enjoy your favorite DVD, or simply sit back and watch the sun set over the Caribbean.

A wall of sliding glass separates the Great Room from the expansive upper floor patio which spans the entire length of the house. Sheltered from the sun, the patio offers a perfect setting for full-party dining and grilling, while providing peaceful nooks for your quiet afternoon naps in a hammock. In the evening, the soft glow of copper sconces and the spectacular view of the water transform a special supper into a vivid, lasting experience you will never forget.

All six bedrooms in the villa offer ocean views. Loblolly has four master bedrooms, one on each wing of the upper patio and two below on the pool level. Each air-conditioned master bedroom has a separate patio entrance with its own private patio space, a king-sized bed, and en-suite baths with outdoor showers. The master bedrooms on the pool level also include their own day bed.

Two twin-bed bedroom suites are also located on the lower level. These cozy guestrooms come with twin beds and private en-suite baths, and open directly to the natural, native stone patio space beside the pool. The lower patio is a large sheltered sitting area among the palm trees looking out to the ocean—perfect for relaxing in the shade—with comfy pool-side Chaises lounge chairs, ideal for soaking in the sun.
